Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • You have 7–14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Certain items (like personal care, underwear, or final sale items) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing them.
  • After processing/shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.
